2015:

My work has been graciously referenced in the new book, "Economies of Death: Economic logics of killable life and grievable death" edited by Patricia Lopez, Kathryn A. Gillespie, published by Routledge Frontiers of Political Economy.

This book is awesome, and I think the following statement best sums up its focus - "A key feature of late-modern capitalism is its tendency to economically order certain human and nonhuman lives and environments, while appropriating and commodifying certain bodies and spaces in the process. Spanning the social sciences and humanities in its contributions and scope, each chapter shows how living beings and places are stripped down to the calculus of their end, with profound ethical and political implications for these entities and the world around them."

Featuring InLiquid artists: Robert Asman, Pete Checchia, Lene Keingarsky,Joy Hunsberger, Michael McCarthy, John Schenk . An exhibition that features six photographers from inliquid.com, presents different visions of the nude. Each photographer portrays the body through images that range from the documentary to the highly manipulated. From Joy Hunsberger's charged images that scrutinize women in different social situations to Bob Asman¹s painterly abstracted sensual portraits, these photographs examine issues of identity and explore the implications of the human form as subject.

Temple University Art Department- Annual Student Show
April, 1999
Temple University, Philadelphia, PA
Exhibited "Vanity of a Serial Roadkiller", an installation piece/freestanding sculpture. The piece was a culmination of a series of roadkill photographs, arranged as a shrine on the vanity dresser of someone who was apparently obsessed with roadkill. Perhaps a serial roadkiller.
